Plant Care Technicians

Duties:

Care for tropical plants in hotels, offices and atriums. Duties include watering, cleaning foliage, and pruning, staking, trimming, and treating plants for pests. There is full or part-time employment available downtown that does not require a car. If you live in the areas surrounding Toronto and would like to work in your area you would require your own transportation.

Experience:

We require 1-2 years experience in horticulture. We employ interior and exterior landscapers. A degree in horticulture is an asset.

Renumeration:

We offer excellent wages depending on experience. We pay bus fare or mileage between accounts.

Plant Care Supervisors

Duties:

The work includes checking accounts to ensure they are in perfect condition, making any improvements required and assisting in the general duties of plant care such as installations, treating for pests, and the pruning of large trees. Supervisors are responsible for training technicians, communicating with clients and striving to improve the client’s plant inventories.

Experience:

Crossfield Plant Interiors hires hard working professionals with at least 1 year of 'hands on' horticultural experience to work in our quality control department. A horticultural degree or 1 year of plant care, management and design experience would be an asset. Experience managing large prestigious accounts is required. You must be a very courteous person who is professional when interacting with clients.
